We are pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Allen to the Board of the Company as Finance Director, with effect from 1st September 2010.
Richard joins the Company from Kelda Holdings, the ultimate owner of Yorkshire Water and a number of water-related businesses in the UK and US. Richard held a number of key roles at Kelda, most recently as acting Group Finance Director. Richard is credited with delivering an end to end review of finance functions, recently generating significant efficiencies across the Kelda Group. Prior to Kelda Richard was Finance Director at Nestlé Ireland, based in Dublin, a £100M turnover business, part of the Nestlé SA group.
