Community Investment

Investing in our communities in which we operate is important to Augean.  By using our skills, time, money and expertise we provide support to our neighbours.
Projects which have benefited from direct support from Augean include:
Bridgtown Community Centre
A donation of £15,000 over a 3 year period, commencing in 2007, enabled the centre to obtain charity status and providing equipment (such as fridge, cooker, cutlery crockery, chairs and tables) as well as helping with running costs for the centre.

In 2011, we donated a further £5,000 to help with the annual running costs of the community centre and help provide a loop system for the hearing impaired.

Underground Youth Club
Young people from the ages of 9-16 from Kings Cliffe and the surrounding villages attend the Youth Club.  Augean committed since 2009 to provide funding of £15,000 over a three year period to help with the running costs.

A donation of an extra £1,500 was given to help fund a Frontier Centre Trip, the money was used for food, transport and High Rope activity.

Easton on the Hill Youth Football Team
Easton Eagles is an under-16s youth football team and Augean has sponsored the team for 8 years allowing them to purchase new equipment and clothing.

Kings Cliffe Sports Centre
We have continued sport this project by donating £10,000 which has enabled works to be completed to assist KCUFC to be promoted to the Premier Division of the Peterborough League.
