Our sites are strategically located with Port Clarence providing capacity in the

North East of England near Middlesbrough and both Kings Cliffe and Thornhaugh

in the South East near Peterborough.

The sites have the capability to accept a broad range of waste for example

contaminated soil, fibrous and bonded asbestos, treatment resident and filter

cakes and many more following a rigorous technical assessment and testing regime.

The landfills are engineered in discreet cells and are constructed to a standard in accordance with the Landfill Regulations. The installations are modelled using complex techniques to ensure environmental controls are adequate for greater than 1200 years. The sites engage in continuous monitoring regimes to demonstrate compliance with the permits and agreed risk assessments.

Prior to disposing of hazardous waste to one of our landfills, we will require the waste stream to be assessed in accordance with the Waste Acceptance Criteria (WAC), if you require any assistance on the process simply contact our technical assessment teams who will guide you through and ensure that your sampling and testing are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
