Through Augean’s Technical Department and Management team we track issues to UK, EU and other legislation covering using, storing, packaging, labelling, transporting and disposing of waste by attending meetings with the regulatory bodies and other waste professionals.  Augean also actively consults on documentation produced by parties like the EA and DEFRA.

Through our Integrated Management System our procedures and risk assessments are written to ensure site compliance of  their permit or waste management licence, health and safety, hazardous waste, environmental and health and safety legislation is complied with, eg: The Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005, ADR and the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment 2009 Regulations; Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992, to list just a few.
