The hazardous waste industry is regulated by the Environment Agency (EA) in England and Wales, Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) in Scotland and Northern Ireland Environment and Heritage Service (NI EHS).

We work in partnership with the Regulators to meet the regulatory standards.
