We have developed focused customer support centres who provide competitive prices within hours of an enquiry being received and co-ordinate from these centres a whole host of complementary customer support services such as our mobile chemists, waste sampling and assessment, and laboratory services. 

Our commitment is demonstrated by the formation of our Development Team whose role is to find solutions to changes brought about by legislation and to improve the performance of our facilities and treatment processes.

The hazardous waste business is probably the fastest moving sector in the waste industry. Largely driven by regulation, together with customers requiring us to be ever more innovative in the way we deal with their wastes.

Our regulators are driving hazardous commercial and industrial wastes that have traditionally been landfilled to be either diverted from landfill, or subject to additional treatment to meet the Landfill Directive (1999/31/EC) waste acceptance criteria for hazardous waste.

In order to keep up with the raft of legislation, the Development Team work closely with the Technical Team to ensure that technologies we identify and develop are as future proof as possible and comply with that well used acronym BAT (Best Available Technology).
