Operating as a transfer station, this site also offers the capability for oil water separation with tank storage allowing physical separation of the oil from water.
The oil is sent for reprocessing and cleaning up through Avonmouth (or other sites external to the group) where it is used for replacement fuel of recycled for reuse. Water generated from the process is discharged to sewer using the sites sewer discharge consent.
Subsidiary processes include drum washing, crushing and shredding for empty used containers and an industrial services capability.
Worcester also operates a transport fleet for local and national collections and a tanker for bulk liquid transport.
